how do we add video to post. I took video with phone and sent to my email know im stuck on adding it here

Hi. At the bottom of the window when you are typing your post is a green cross with 'Add Attachments' beside it. Click on 'Add Attachments' and another window will open where you can click on 'Upload files'. When you click 'Upload files' a further window will open where you can select the file (Image, video or other file.) that you wish to attach. After you have selected the file, it will be uploaded and processed for inclusion in your post. At this point you can also tick the box that will automatically include the file in the body of your post. Otherwise it will show as a thumbnail at the end of your post unless you manually select that file to be in the body. This can be useful if you attach several files, but only want some in the main body.
Don't forget to save your file onto your computer from within your email first though. 
If you upload your video to YouTube, you can also embed a video within your post by using the little "film" icon above. It is the one to the right of the little "smily face" icon. Get the embed code from YouTube, then click on the film icon, click on the "Source" tab at the top and paste the YouTube embed code there.
