Hi Everyone!

We just wanted to let you know that we are down to the very last pieces of two of our O scale buildings! In keeping with our collectability policy, we don’t plan to reissue these structures in the future. We anticipate even more price inflation for these on the aftermarket once we run out.

American Power & Light > SOLD OUT!

I’m only seeing two of these on “the bay” right now, but they have a $200-$250 price tag, plus $30 for shipping!

CNW Maintenance Shed > Only 13 Left!

I see a few of these on “the bay” right now listed from $109 to $200, plus $20 for shipping! Click here to get yours for only $69.99!

As I mentioned, these buildings are the last of the last located in our retail stores, and frankly, they might have some minor blemishes such as a burnt out light or missing lampshade but for the value, you can’t go wrong! Buy one for yourself or sell it on eBay for a profit!

Thank you,
Mark the Menards Train Guy

It seems the American Power & Light would make for a nice turbine-generating building for the Nuclear Power Plant, with a little kit bashing: rid the stacks. Not sure how to deal with both buildings having stepup transformers, but I’m sure the pros could sever those on the side of the Nuclear steam generator building.

After getting a broken one at Christmas, I was told that they did not have anymore.

I'm not Mark....but I bet the few they had were returns from stores after Christmas. Same thing happens with my son's store.....he works for a large retailer.....they box up Christmas stuff and send it back were they sell it online only.

My Power Plant arrived today from Fremont, Nebraska, one roof vent and the roof access hatch was off, I put them back on, no big deal. All the lights work, but, seem dim, was wondering if I need to order a power supply with a higher output. I used the plug for my Morton Salt to test the Power Plant, and the lights are bright on the Salt building when I use it, so, not sure if the power plant lights are just that way, being an older building.

Even if buying another plug doesn't make the lights brighter, I'd be fine with the softer light they are emitting. I have my eye on four other Menards buildings, but, will have to buy them as funds permit. Thanks again for the heads up, Mark, I really like this building, I should have purchased it sooner!
