Ok now that silly Trainstock is over(Just joking) Big Grin Time for the big event of the winter. So who's going?

http://www.railroadhobbyshow.com/

Four large buildings full of every train imaginable. From tourist RR to Stickpilot's own Live steamers club will be attending.

MTH
AtlasO
Weaver
Ross Custom Switches
OGR
Kadee

To name a few, plus many hobby stores

Amato's
CharlesRo
Grzyboski
Mega-Steam/Get Real Productions (first year)

Don't forget the OGR photo meet at 2pm at the booth.

And if anyone wants to join some of us for dinner at the best Italian in Western Mass, Red Rose after the show. Let me know at the OGR photo meet.

Planning on it Saturday weather permitting.
I drop my wife off at Webs(yarn store) in Northhampton.
I go back to Springfield and get about 4 hours to wander.
Not sure if I will make the photo op but I will stop by OGR.
We have done this a few times..
Easier to do each location without having to worry the other is getting board!
I haven't printout out my floor plan and rout yet but I still have a week.

Absolutely, the Good Lord willing, I will be there on Saturday. This will be my third visit to this show, so I guess I am hooked for the future. I will be pulling out of Long Island at 6:30am, so if you see me on the road (Black 2011 Mustang GT) wave or toot.

Unlike York, I find the Amherst Railway Society Hobby Show to have much more in the way of homemade / small business products such as card stock buildings and kits. This show is "homey!" I also enjoy the operating layouts, and see a friend who lives up in that next of the planet.

Unfortunately, I don't know any of you folks except on this forum. If you see a pleasantly plump 5'-6" 69 years young guy with a Long Island Model A Ford Club hat on, it's likely to be me under that hat, so say "Hi.".
