Does anyone make the newer rounded Amtrak passenger cars used in the northeast corridor?

MTH has made Amfleet cars in Railking and Premier. Lionel has as well.
You should also be aware that some of the MTH Amfleet car sets had couplers that disintegrated and cannot be replaced. Some guys on here may have the product number to better assist you. I would suggest if buying over the web make sure you see photos of all couplers.
I have a set of the Amfleet cars in phase 3 paint. Very cool!
The bad sets are from the late 90's early 2000's. I dont know the exact numbers off the top of my head, but they're 4 digits after the "20-"
The newer ones are 5 digits (20-65XXX), and they're fine.
Williams also makes Amfleet coaches.

Silver Lake,
The Amfleet cab car you just picked up, was that the one on Ebay which ended on this past Monday? I was bidding, but it got out of my price range. Enjoy. I have 11 of the Lionel Amfleet cars. I am going to make two of them into cafe cars by covering the center windows.
Is there interest in scale length (85') Amfleet cars? I know I would add several to my roster if they were available. I would prefer the Amfleet II cars in Phase III paint, but that's just because I rode in a lot during the late 80's and early 90's.
The early MTH couplers can be still purchased. Part number DD-0000073. In stock.
