Glad to see a AT&SF layout presented for a change. I was raised south of the Santa Fe Trail and had lot of hours watching trains running on the Hutchinson cut off

during WWII.

I love ATSF. My kind of RR and locos. That is a very nice layout. Great backdrop - frankly the best I have seen at setting the scene: the perspective on the sky and the way you've done the clouds and their shading really lends a sense of "openness" to the layout - a key part of the high plains, of course. Good show!

Dorcie is the Highway bridge shown in the photos of the RR, a Trainworks custom design or a kit bashing of components of other kits?

Don, it's custom, and this is at the bottom of the bridge (shown before painting):

I'd say that Trainworx consistently exceeds expectations.
