Got another Lionel Post War finished. A little work got it running, finish on it was poor. Needed the shell and frame stripped. Full repaint. Changed a few things from the original. Painted the hand rails, put black exhaust stacks on instead of the yellow ones. Put in clear plastic for the windows, Reproduction Lionel Decals. Did everything I could to get those decals to form over those raised areas. Used micro sol and micro set, clear coated, but, still silvering in some spots. I used Homeshades royal blue(found at Walmart) and testors gloss yellow. Both colors near spot on matches.
