I was wondering if any one from the forum is planning to attend the Neuse River Model RR show and sale this weekend (November 7 and 8) at the fairgrounds in Raleigh, NC.

I just got back from the show. Nice sized crowd this morning considering the rain. Picked a pair of "rusty gold " prewar Flyer passenger cars for a future project, and some other goodies too.
I was there today (Saturday) and it was a great show. Seems like at least 50 percent of the vendors who were selling trains had O gauge trains. Of coarse there were other vendors selling shirts and videos and the like. I believe there were 12 layouts from N to G and the show filled a 96,000 square foot facility. The Sipping and Shipping Society had a HO modular layout that must have taken up 8,000 square feet. It was a rainy day in Raleigh so a lot of families showed up.
Also had a chance to visit with several fellow forum members.
