Great goal but needs severe editing!  I tried to watch but with no 'action' until 1:44 it was difficult. Not trying to be critical in a negative manner please, but consider editing all of the 'still shots' out and concentrate on the moving trains. I had to quit after the 2nd train finally showed up and passed...

Ken, with all due respect, Sam is absolutely right.  For the first minute and forty seconds you're basically looking at a still photograph.  Crew talk is nice and all that but the casual viewer is gonna get tired of hearing that with no accompanying visual movement after about 10 seconds.  I’ll admit I’m a bit biased because IMO crew talk gets kind of cringey when it goes on too long.  Emphasize the movement, not the static scene shots.   Having said all that, your layout looks very nice.  Good luck with the video.

As mentioned above, very nice layout and your video highlights that.  This is just me, but I do not watch videos longer than a couple of minutes.  While I am no expert in video production, for my videos I like to show the trains moving (they are videos) and will provide still photos to augment the video if needed.  For example, if your town shots were photos I would open them up to get a better look at the detail you've done.

While not an issue here, I find it annoying when the horn/whistle and bell are constantly going in some videos.
