atlas 3 rail O gauge to low for my prewar

Hello there

I just switched from Lionel fastrack because it was way way to loud. I went with atlas 3 rail. All my car glide across quiet and smooth as can be. However the wheels on the prewar 260 tender are to deep and hit the plastic wooden crossmembers of the track. very loud and annoying. What are my options here? Im sure I can switch the wheels on the tender but im not sure which ones are compatible and which ones I should get? My loco is a prewar 206E. That seems to be ok
