Atlas service "EXTRAORDINAIRE"

I have dealt with Bill for a number of years ordering Atlas O parts to detail MTH engines. Top notch, never a problem. Always calls me back.

That is great!  It is so much more enjoyable to hear stories like this.  Thanks for sharing.

Good story, glad they took care of you and you had a good experience. Sounds like you got a great deal too. I have not had anything repaired by Atlas, but all my dealings with them for parts and information have been great, just like you describe. Their parts and shipping is very reasonable as well and so far I have always gotten the parts I needed, with their help in determining what was actually needed. 

Bill Serratelli's dad goes to York with me twice a year. Bill is the electronics expert and his dad is a postwar repair expert. Known both of them for years.

 

Bill and atlas service are top notch!

That is less than my last parts order from him.

Gentlemen,

    Had a similar experience with Bill at Atlas, had my Atlas Angle Train take a nose dive off the 2nd or 3rd level of my Christmas layout this past year, due to a mismatches DCS Remote/TIU, some serious damage was dent to my Angle Train, Bill not only called me back about the parts needed to do the repair he advised me on how to due them, he made sure I had the parts in time to fix and run the Angle Train for Christmas.  The Atlas Parts and Repair department is Top Shelf in our hobby, no doubt about it.  Bill knows his business and runs it professionally.

Bill is indeed a master of customer service. I mention his name to every Atlas rep I meet and remind them that Bill is a priceless asset to the Atlas organization.
