On 3 computers (2PC, 1 MAC)  3 OS (XP, 7 and Lion OS) 2 networks (home and cable company WIFI). I tried safari, ie8 and ie9 I can't download a sound file. I could download V2.3 of the installer. I can get to the advanced search page for sound files. When I search I get this error. The wording is different in Lion, but it is the same. I even searched on exacly the criteria Jim Barrett uses in the upgrade video. I made protosound2.com a trusted site. I turned off Antivirus scanning and firewall in McAfee and Windows (on this comp), can't turn off Symantec on work Laptop. MAC has no antivirus package. I called MTH. The gentleman in service could do search. I bought Barry's ebook (looks great, doesn't help here). I get the same error if I search for Production sound files. I did find factory files on the product site, but no sound files for upgrades.
