Ah, no.
-Greg
I don't think so.
Dave
If available, they might sell one!
They will need more then a locomotive to run down the Packers this week
Can you imagine the licensing fees for using NFL logos. After Thursday night's a** kicking by the CHIEFS the Patriots engine would be in the maintainence shed for the next week.
Some NFL team engines and cars have been made by MTH such as Redskins, Jets, Patriots, Eagles.
Looks like Pete Carroll in the cab, LOL

and they won at Boston!
I would get one just to run every time they run over Green bay ! LOL
That Seahawk's is a striking scheme. I like it.
Now how about a "Bills Mafia" ???
I think it's pretty cool. That big Seahawk head on the side makes it. Nice job with the colors. If you are going to do a Bears one, try finding a beat up old docksider with an axle missing and no one at the helm. Cheers.
If the players keep protesting I will not watch pro football for the second year in a row. Yes I am a big football fan but I will not watch them until the NFL stands up to the idiots sitting or kneeling during the anthem. Protest on your own time.
But then the NFL might want to license the NFL logos to make up some of the money they lost on Thursday nights game and the rest of the season If Thursday nights tv ratings mean anything.
I prefer the SH logo when it had more red#
With a few changes to the UP CNW heritage, you have one for the Packers. In fact I call it either my Packers or John Dear engine.
the double 12s are a nice touch for the engine number! I like the design. Go Hawks!
I would like to see a 49ers or Raiders engine. Perhaps MTH could make them in the Railking Line.
One of the mints - Hawthorne? - has done NFL teams in HO. I have a 49ers set. The engine is a F unit.
The proposed Sea Hawks scheme is very cool.

I like the Cheifs Warbonnet idea. You should make some prints up for a few teams. People will buy them. I think. Be cool to hang on the wall. I won't be a buyer for a while unfortunately, I'm a Bears fan. Just like I retired my Sox hat like two months ago. Sports sells. There is an emotional involvement for many. Cheers.

I have seen that one, but I like the SD70 one better, Just might have to try doing it!

Yea I sold my Eagle set, mint in the box. Ran it only once, the ref whistle left me a little cold. But, I sold it to an Eagles fan with two young sons. I hope they enjoy it.
I did keep the add-on box car though.
That is a great design. I'd have to get one for a great reason, the wife is a bigger Seahawk fan than I am, and that would be a great reason to get another engine!

In the rear were the "Built by Lionel" would be, place the AFL logo like the one the KCC have on their uniforms.
Thursday night I was for the KCC. Why? The were beating the NEP! I also cheer teams who play against Dallas.
The Texans are going to have to play the KCC this year.
The ATSF did have a KC CHIEF passenger train.
MTH did a Steelers diesel with super bowl box cars and a caboose.
Time to call all the manufacturers. Looks like 7 orders already.
Doug
Would like to see a Packers design, incorporating the Railroad museum in Green Bay, even though I'm also a Seahawk fan.
Maybe I'll have to do it myself?
Bachmann made a ton in ho for Heritage Villiage or some other "collectables" oriented company.
Detroit might have some unused bags to spare for once. lol.
I know this is for football, but please don't for get about baseball. Baseball season isn't over yet. But can anyone do an idea or drawing for the Cleveland Indians?

Sorry, at least as good a reason as any other, and probably better, not to watch.
From Wiki: "Soldier Field was designed in 1919 and opened on October 9, 1924, as Municipal Grant Park Stadium. The name was changed to Soldier Field on November 11, 1925, as a memorial to U.S. soldiers who had died in combat."
http://www.espn.com/nfl/story/...room-national-anthem
"As the anthem began at Soldier Field, several Steelers coaches were on the sideline, including head coach Mike Tomlin, while the players were not present. Offensive coordinator Todd Haley, offensive line coach Mike Munchak and running backs coach James Saxon also were spotted."
"As a team, we have decided we will not participate in the national anthem," the Seahawks' statement said. "We will not stand for the injustice that has plagued people of color in this country. Out of love for our country and in honor of the sacrifices made on our behalf, we unite to oppose those that would deny our most basic freedoms. We remain committed in continuing to work towards equality and justice for all."
Not sure I want companies I own stock in to participate with the NFL. If you want to fight injustice, go do it. Don't disrespect those who died so you can be overpaid in this country.
None of these engines deserve a standing ovation...and it's not for a lack of fantastic art work....
Ben.
