Last weekend I finally had the time and space to unpack my Army Sharknose A-A units I bought two years ago. Moving and health issues had prevented me from looking at them previously.

I found a pretty substantial problem with one of the units. I called Lionel Tech Support first thing Monday morning and spoke to a very pleasant woman. It wasn't a over the phone type of fix, so she asked me to email her some photos and told me she'd get with the service and would see what they could do.

By Monday afternoon I not only had an RA in my email, but a prepaid postage label. Great Job Lionel!
