Came in a box full of early post war trains. They are heavy metal 10" L , 5" wide & 1" High. O Gauge track fits into these perfect.

Metal? They look exactly like the rubber ones that Rick Johnson made years back. Nice find. You might ask Steve Eastman on the Tinplate forum about them.
ART, They are heavy metal with crinkle gray painted finish. 4 of them weigh 1lb.
NO noise deadening with those!

The club auctioned off a batch about six months ago, but no name. About a month ago a boxed lot was on e-bay, however I cannot remember the name. Interesting and nice looking roadbed for 031 track, but I bet it was noisy as heck. Probably makes Fastrak seem super quiet.

@eddie g, these were discussed on this forum here a little while back:

which pointed back to yet another thread from @Captaincog , still unidentified: https://ogrforum.com/...bular-track-road-bed
Looks like it was made by the Pat Appld For company. Seriously though, I looked through the ebay completed auctions last night. Everything similar to this was rubber.
