cannot get base 3 to line up with app.I PULL UP THE BASE 3 WIFI BUT IT WILL NOT LINK TO IT.CHECKED PRIVACY AND SECURITY AND ALL IS WELL WITH LOCAL NETWORK.YES I AM IN ACCESS POINT MODE.
ANY HELP FROM ANYONE WOULD BE APPRECIATED???????

You may have to go into your PHONE settings (i.e. not the app) and manually change to connect to the Base 3 network vs whatever it is connected to now.

2) Tell us What type of phone and operating system (iPhone or Android)
3) Any error messages one your phone?

If you have the Base switch flipped up in AP mode:
1. Turn on Base and wait for it to boot up (lots of colored lights flashing and then all lights will be off when it is done).
2. Open your phone wi-fi settings. Look for a wi-fi network with Base3 in the name.
3. Select that network to connect to and in a few seconds it should connect.
4. Open the Cab3 app. Tap on the Base 3 tab at the top. It should start searching and then connect. When it connects the Big L on the front of the Base3 will be a solid orange. The green wi-fi icon on the Base3 tab at the top of the app will turn green.
You are now connected!
