Can I add an MTH engine if another MTH engine is on either that same loop or the other loop?

II'm sure that some will tell you that you'll have issues if you have another PS2 or PS3 engine powered up while adding an engine, however, if your DCS is properly installed and your signal level is decent, I promise that you'll have no problems at all adding one engine while another PS2 or PS3 engine is powered up, either running or not.

This and a whole lot more is all in "The DCS O Gauge Companion 2nd Edition", now available for purchase as an eBook or a printed book from MTH's web store site! Click on the link below to go to MTH's web page for the book!

That someone would be me however I agree with you if  adding with one or two other engines powered, Once you 5 or 6 or 26 powered  etc  you can run into a big mess.

Gregg,

I've been successful with about 5 additional engines powered up. After that, I had some issues.

When beta testing the Rev. L TIU, I learned that DCS signal strength does degrade a little bit the more engines one has running on a channel. However, using a Rev. L TIU, its maybe a point or two with half a dozen engines all operating simultaneously.
