I just visited their website, and by clicking on the "Contact Us"  button, and then again "Contact Us", there is assorts of information about eMailing, and continuing down that page, various people are listed by name, including Bill. There is "to contact Bill Seratelli", click here.

Call the main number for Atlas. I usually leave a message when I can't get Bill on the phone and he does call me back.
