This just in to our dispatcher's desk. Santa will be a little late this year. The cause of the delay has been attributed to a broken "Drawhead". The break-in-two happened between Grandma's house and that of Scrapiron Scher. It seems that Santa cracked the whip a little too hard pulling out of Scrapiron's roof and left the rear sitting. Fortunately, the sleigh had an operating handbrake and there was no need to call in the Grinch to save the sleigh full of toys. It was also fortunate that Santa checked the tool box before leaving the North Pole and made sure there was an ample amount of plastic and twist ties available just in case an incident like this happened.
