A few years ago there was a guy in Georgia that was selling passenger stations in multiple configurations, water tanks, etc.. I don't see him listed in the scenery & structure section of this website. Does anyone know who this guy is and if he's still in business ?

Crescent Locomotive Works ? Dave DuHamel. Used to basically go to York and take orders and ship out or deliver at the next meet. Do a forum search as contacting him was recently brought up.
