Burlington E7 question

I can't seem to find a side picture of the two A units. Are the diaphragms silver or black? I am assuming they are silver but I need to confirm that.

If your talking real trains, from what I can see of my color CB&Q pictorial, the E and F grey backs and silver units get black diaphrams with a silver striker plate on the end...not too many dead on side shots in these books sadly...mostly angled shots.
