Changing MTH PS3 Sounds?

I know it is possible to change sounds, from the entire sounds to minute things like the whistle/horn, in MTH ProtoSound 2.0 engines with the computer and DCS. But I must ask is it possible to do the same with ProtoSound 3.0 engines to more favorable sounds? Just curious in case I purchase one and would perfer to change the sounds~

You cannot change individual sounds (hon, bell, etc.) in a PS2 or PS3 engine. However, you can change complete sound sets in both.
