Hello All,

I was given a used Chrome Book, it's basically a mini laptop, very light and small. A quick search says windows applications will run on it. I was hoping to be able to run the MTH DCS software on it. It would be more convenient when helping people out at their houses. Has anyone tried this?dellchromebook_330_7

Brian,

As far as I know Chromebooks will not run Windows applications.   They run ChromeOS and not Windows for a good reason (they boot faster, they're more efficient given the limits battery power, etc).  As a result only run the Chrome browser and related Chrome applications, which are online only, e.g. word processor ("docs") or spreadsheet ("sheets") or email ("gmail") run in a Chrome browser window.

Unfortunately I think you're out of luck.

Mike
