connecting new base 3 to my tpc?

I have set up my cab II with power out to the tpc 400 via a special plug on the back of the cabII. it splits into red and green going into the tpc. Power comes to the cabII from a "toy" transformer it is called which came with the cab II. Looking at the back of the new base 3 there are three plugs possibly for power out to the track or to a tpc. Anyone know how this will set up or if there is a video showing the set up and what each of the three are for? LCS1,2, and 3.? thanks

You have a year to figure this out.

The method of connecting the BASE3 to a TPC will be using the SER2 box.
