I never really paid attention to the current visitor numbers. But wow, that's pretty impressive: Over 3,800 on this forum at one time.
In the month of March 2024, this forum logged 13,538,338 page views.
The forum server sent 216,610 Emails to members in March. These are the automated alert emails that members have set up in their notifications.
This is a BUSY place!
So much so it, was down for a bit this morning when I first tried to access.
Love this site and check it regularly. I check the current topics to see if I can add something in that may help or entertain. Thanks to all who manage, and moderate this site, and hope your energy stays with you to keep it going.

I'm not a network or computer guru, but I do have an idea of how much work goes into managing a forum with this kind of traffic. I appreciate the work you guys put into it, and I'm happy to have learned from some really great folks on here.

I suspect that the "guests" here are folks who sometimes not logged in just browsing and other visitors. No doubt it's a lot. In that same vein, I often visit other forums to read as a guest so it's not unusual that other forum's members to come here. I certainly don't read just one forum for sure and wouldn't expect others to. I think it behooves people to see what's happening in our hobby from other perspectives.
I would also say unless a forum purges it's membership, either those who are just logged forever without ever participating vs those that have left for one reason or another, then you really never know what is accurate. I'm not sure how OGR handles this. I know other forums that purge their membership rolls due to inactivity.
That being said OGR does have the biggest membership of the forums I read or participate in. A lot of good folks here!

Been here since July, 2000. Love it. This forum has been an incredible resource and I've learned so, so much from the members. Sadly, many have passed on but what I've learned from them I vow to pass on to others.
