One of the advantages of DCS is the ability to uncouple cars away from uncoupling tracks. I am just getting started with DCS. I just plugged in a TIU to my layout and have had hardly any problems even though I didn't change or isolate feeders. I run my two PS2 engines with dummies, so the uncoupling idea doesn't work. Is there a way to get remote uncoupling other than putting the dummies in front?

You could run the coupler wires to a switch on the A, and run a 2 pin harness to the dummy.  When switched in one direction the A fires, when the switch is in the other position the dummy fires.  Many A units that are meant to be run with Dummies have this set up and use the 4 pin so that a light can also be controlled.  G
