I have updated app & firware and the engines stay always in the inactive list ?

Are the engines on powered tracks, and are those tracks connected to channels on the same TIU to which the WIU is connected?

• Are you using the updated free app or the updated Standard ($4-95) app?
• Are you sure that the app was updated successfully?
• Are you sure that the firmware was updated successfully?
• What happens when you tap on an engine in the Inactive List?
• Are you using iOS or Android?

I wiil try to make a new upgrade for the WIU.

I am not able to keep the engines in the active list.

When you turn on the app, are all of the engines in the inactive List? If so, are they powered up at the time that you first launch the app?

Try doing things one of the following two ways.

Try this way:

• Power up your layout and wait for the lights on the WIU to stabilize with TIU on steady, WiFi on steady (may flicker a bit) and Power on steady
• Launch the DCS App and go to the Engine Control screen
• Turn on power to the tracks where your engines are sitting
• Tap refresh on the Engine Control screen
• Go to the Engine Roster (Engine List) screen.

Alternately, try this way:

• Power up your layout and wait for the lights own the WIU to stabilize with TIU on steady, WiFi on steady (may flicker a bit) and Power on steady
• Turn on power to the tracks where your engines are sitting
• Launch the DCS App and go to the Engine Control screen
• Tap refresh on the Engine Control screen
• Go to the Engine Roster (Engine List) screen.

Either way, your powered engines should be active.

There should stay active throughout your session.
