What is a purpose of a "Death Filter"?
Clem, they're dirt simple to assemble, I'd just buy the parts and make them.

They may be easy to make but evertime I go to an electronic supply site I can't ever find exactly what I'm looking for, and even though you posted nice photos, when I go to assemble something will be different. Yes I can solder, even onto boards.

I went to the link you posted, what insulating material do I use? site says something about a 6 mhz signal ?

I make them with a polyester cap and a resistor and use heatshrink to insulate them.
I think I saved mine, plus I have a ton of resistors and capacitors which I don't need since I've gone to a rev L TIU. You want them just pay for shipping. email in my profile.
JRJ Is there a way of testing these after building them ? Why a polyester cap.
