I have a 2005 version JLC scale GG1, with odyssey and TMCC.
Is it possible to double head this with a new Legacy scale GG1 (Legacy and odyssey 2)?

If the gear ratio is the same you might but will have to operate the Legacy engine in TMCC mode.

Lionel mentioned upgracding the gearbox on this GG1 so the geat ratio may be different. But also Legacy hass 200 speed steps and TMCC has much fewer so they may not sync up very well.

Like Pete says, you'd be operating in TMCC mode for the Legacy. Hard to say what they did to the gearbox, that would be a @Dave Olson question I would imagine.
