I am currently getting both the forum digest AND individual replies. How can I stop the latter?

Blue bar above choose "manage", then "personal settings".

Now to the left in the box, "notifications"

Scroll down to "dialogs" and change that to an empty.

From there, I think you have to select the reply notifications you want from each post individually in the right margin.
