ERR Railsounds Commander: Is Signal Sounds (no prime mover) possible?

The older RS4 version of the RS Commander had pinouts for an optional RS/SS toggle switch, to turn off prime mover sounds. Is there any simple hack to force the current RSL version of the RS Commander to do the same thing, if I only want horn and bell?

On the latest railsounds, you can turn the prime mover all the way down to off and still have full volume horn and bell.
