Very nice video and shelf layout.
It's fun to see your "layout" and train room. I would suggest you take your camera off auto exposure so the lights don't cut down on your F stop. Your video seems to be a little jumpy, like it's skipping frames. Don't know why. What kind of camera do you have? Keep asking question, there are many on the forum that will help. Don, my wife did it a couple of years back. She just turned with the train while standing in the middle of the room. And, she is pretty short. It was taken with an IPhone 4.0.
I had a IPhone 4 but never took much video with it so I'm not a big help. I have a newer iPhone but still don't take any video with it. Asked my wife who is the iPhone expert. She doesn't think you can shoot without being in auto. Maybe someone else can help. Don
