I am not a particularily handy person. Today I came home and my wife told me the dryer was broken, with a flashing error code on the front. We have had a lot of problems with this dryer over the years, and I was sure we were going to be going dryer shopping today. Just for fun, I loooked up the error code to see if there was anyway to repair it. The error code said that the controller board needed to be replaced. After looking at a YouTube video, I realized all that I needEd to do was solder back on a wire that had come loose. I learned how to solder working on Lionel trains, and that skill saved me from having to buy a new dryer today!
