Does anyone know a good source for flat yellow spray paint in a can ??? - I do not want to go the gloss then “dullcote” route

A quick google brings up a lot of options for flat yellow colors. Probably need to venture beyond the hobby stuff. Have you checked home depot or lowes? Line striping/marking paint is flat.
I found some flat yellow Revell paint in a small spray can that I like. Sorry but I can't remember the on-line hobby supply place that has it. I do remember that it took a while to find.
Joe S: I was after a "flat yellow" that looked like the yellow Union Pacific has on their diesels.
Went to a local automotive store here in Australia (Supercheap Auto) and found that the "Case" machinery/tractor color was exactly what I needed.
Came in a spray can (rattle can) and was a dull finish, not gloss.
