I found a lift bridge sound file available on Amazon. It runs about 28-30 seconds and consists of ringing bell sounds and then the mechanical sound of the bridge moving.
It's title says the sound is of a bridge lowering but seems the sound would be the same for raising as well. It sounds a little different from the bascule bridge sound that ITT has.
