I have always liked tank car rolling stock from the pre-modern era and Sinclair was one of my favorites. Picked up another Sinclair single dome at the show.

Driving home my car showed less than 1/2 tank of gas so I decided to stop at the next station. Guess what...after a nearly 50 year absence on the NJ highways...Sinclair is back! And, right now, there are 2 Sinclair stations in Warren County, NJ on Rt. 46...complete with a 'Dino' mascot on the front lawn!

Made my day x3.

Sinclair was a major player when I worked in their systems department during the sixties. HQ was at 600 Fifth Ave overlooking the skating rink. They transitioned their branding from HC and Power X to Dino and Dino Supreme just before the 64/65 Worlds Fair resulting in the dinosaur becoming an instantly recognizable symbol of the company's products.
