Unfortunately, the Nassau website says it is unable to register customers (which is required to purchase), so anyone not previously registered is out of luck!!
I would think all you would have to do is send an email saying they had issues, and they would honor it.
Usually enjoy this sale, and have gotten some good buys in the past. Disappointed this time - submitted an order for an "in stock" item that I wanted, but the order was cancelled due to the item not being available. Frustrating.
