Freiwald traincontroller

I am attempting to use traincontroller to run my Lionel trains modified to dccommander. The problem I am having is when an engine stops at a stop marker it continues to creep after "stopping." I can't seem to find a solution either in tc or the tmcc manual. Any thoughts?
