Here are my ends of the front kind in advance of this fine Friday!
Old, weather beaten and neglected Docksider brings three cars across a bridge.

Well F.E.F. fans, great steam and diesels. CAPPilot the detail on that PRR H-6 is really superb! Rusty, PRRon, CAPPilot the pictures of the Champion were really great, what a beautiful locomotive. Well today, I thought I might shift up things a little and switch to electric propulsion and "trolley's". I was born in New Jersey, Bergen County, and lived there until I was 21 so I have a little soft spot for "Jersey"...so here is a Lionel Corp interpretation of a Bergen County Trolley. Note...I actually do remember at about age 5-6 (1949-1950) actually riding on the trolley's in Bloomfield NJ where we lived until the NJ Turnpike took our house! They were gone not long after that.
So here is the Front End Friday view of my Bergen County trolley.
The massive GP-7 and her local train waits in the hole for the "interurban" to go by !
Stopping at the station for a few commuters to catch a ride downtown.
Best wishes for a great weekend. Happy Friday

Your background photo of the lake is one of my most favorite images here on the Forum! SO realistic and enhances the illusion of a 'real' scene..
Have a Good Friday all !
Well, I certainly can't compete with some of the front ends shown here, complete with background scenery, but I am very partial to both front ends of these nicely finished engines, "Traveller" and "Twenty Grand" (racehorse names) that comprise a recent Legacy Frisco A-A set:
SIRT 489 was the very last locomotive built for the B&O New York Terminal subsidiary in 1945.
The model is a Custom Brass import from the 1970's, which has a few detail modifications to better follow the prototype.
In 1957 the prototype was renumbered 9033 in a B&O system wide renumbering. It left Staten Island in the early 1960's to work at other B&O locations, the last one being at East St. Louis IL. Retired in January 1979, the 9033 was sold to the Precision National Corp. of Mt Vernon IL in April of that year.

Thank you. Nice to hear that you like the lake landscape, the water landscape will continue to be known as long as the modules progress.

Here's FeF with my new 4 RR Track crossing a SP SW8 I've posted before.
I like your 4 track crossings, Scott. All they need now are crossbucks. 😉 Good job. 👍

Looks like that last crossing with the curve worked out well Scott .
Thanks Yellowstone and Dallas, I think it worked out pretty good. I posted a couple of other photos in "What did you do on your layout today" thread as well.
Have a great Friday all,
Happy Front End Friday everyone!
I have a new locomotive, a really BIG new locomotive, rolling on my outer mainline. It's a MTH Q2 Duplex, the new contender for biggest engine in my collection. Wooosh, there she goes!
I'm still running my Legacy SW8 on the inner line.
We're hauling freight on Ken's railroad today!
Hi FEFers. Been a busy week and did not realize it was Friday already.
Here are a few front ends that I need to take down from the shelf and run!
Marx H0 set 60870. Unusual feature, this GP-7 was a low price set. Only one I know of where they left off the drive shaft and all the gearing in the rear truck so it’s 4 wheel drive instead of 8. That’s why it’s such a small set.

Wow, looks great Ed'. Are you happy with the color? I heard others are not.. I'd love to see a video, when you have time.....😁📸👀
Well Larry, how could I refuse your request! Thanks for asking! Here she is, the Lionel 210 "Texas Special" Alco from 1958
Here are the double A's ready to pull a freight up the main
Here is a short video of her in action.
Happy F.E.F everyone...best wishes
Don
Thank you Don, it’s a beautiful train, my being from Dennison Texas, it’s just one of my favorite road names. Happy Railroading Everyone

Patrick, I did not know you had a Shay, must have missed that. It looks like a 3 truck Shay, what railroad, I can't read the front number plate? I've seen Mr. Rusty weathered Pennsy before, still looks great.
I've had the pleasure of riding behind both the 2 truck and 3 truck Shay's at Roaring Camp in the Santa Cruz Mountains, CA. They pull a 8% grade on they're daily excursions. Shay's are incredible locomotives. Thanks for sharing them.
Nice '56 Ford too! you have some great automobiles on your layout.
