Hi, I was given a free train set and the engine doesn't work. It has the number 6-38232 on the box. When I got it I noticed it only had 1 rolling center track contacter so I ordered and installed a new one. Still nothing. Would anyone know where I could get a wiring diagram? I tried but couldn;t find one on Lionel's website.

That is a conventional Rock Island Ft by the product number
Thanks for all your help! I ended up bringing it to the Twin Cities Train Museum to be repaired rather than guessing and spending a lot of money on parts. Rediscovered a new place to take my Grandchildren!
