Apparently so. It's a cool car to have two of -- even though most rosters I found online list only one in the train. I suspect since Scott is offering it as an extra add-on that it will have a unique car number from the lounge in the set. I recall him posting here (months ago) something to the effect that sufficient car/road numbers will be made so folks ordering add-ons will not duplicate numbers in the basic 8-car set.
