Had a couple of older Ross double crossovers (10+years) showing some age with slack in the throw bars. Called Tom @ Ross. He shared tips on repair and mailed me replacement parts no charge. Top drawer customer service!
Legacy non powered unit had smoke error codes. Out of warranty and I'm close by the North Georgia Trainz shop. Called ahead, stopped by, and they fixed it on the spot. Took me back to the repair area, which was impressive, and swapped toy train story's as the tech replaced the smoke unit motor. Well worth the $21 charge.

Sometimes we have bad experiences, sometimes good. Just wanted to share some good!

RCS customer service is top-notch, IMO.
