Just checked the website. I don't not see any mention of a sale. Where on the website did you see that??

Jeff - Click on the items and you should see the sale price(s).

Wow!
$15 for a caboose! How do they stay in business?
Thanks for the heads up.
I received an email on the sale. Not all items are on sale, you have to check in the category (cabeese or boxcar, etc.) to see the sale price.
I looked at the ads and couldn't tell if the locos were TMCC or DCS compatible. Does anyone know any thing about these units/
Thanks
I just ordered a pile of the ore cars, I may paint a bunch of them for the prices they're selling at now! I got a couple more sets of the covered hoppers as well, $25 for two hoppers is hard to beat!

They are conventional, no command capability.
Thanks Ken,
That was a great buy! any time you can buy train cars for 15.25 (avg) per car with shipping, you just can't pass that up.
You can easily add TMCC to RMT powered units but the cost is going to be higher than the loco cost to begin with. Still you can end up with a nice little command control loco for low cost that way if you do the install yourself.
Jim
Grabbed a bunch of ore cars also. Thanks Ken!
I got 18 cars for $11.45 a car including shipping, Hard to beat that with a stick!
This is CRAZY!!! 2 flat cars with die cast sprung trucks, loads, and a wally figure!!! For 20 dollars! That's 10 dollars a car!!!! This can't even beat eBay! These prices are even less than plastic trucked cars!
I grabbed a Beep for $35. I was tempted on the ore cars but I can't justify more rolling stock at this point.
This site is going to be expensive....I just ordered 10 various cars...total with shipping under $180.....no one tell my wife.....LOL

Went for the AEC rotary for $20 and a set of SF Beef so my toddler will quit trying to play with my older son's Legacy ones.
Good deal - Thanks Walter.
Jim
Great Price on the BEEPeople. 29.95
Quick question for you folks. Are these considered "scale" size-wise? Reason I ask is because most of my rolling stock is MTH Railking or 027 Lionel.
Thank you!
~MattS
It is semi-scale or equivalent to your O27 & Railking.
Should fit in with the rest of your stuff nicely.
Jim
This sale is RMT's way of thanking all our customers for their support in 2012.
As a 'train guy', I felt all would appreciate starting the New Year with some new RMT trains. As I go through the warehouse, more items may be added to sale so check it out often.
Please tell all your train friends about RMT.
Thanks.

Thanks Jim!
Just placed an order.
cheers!

Thanks Walter,
I pulled the trigger on the LIRR Beep & Passenger Cars this afternoon.

Thanks for the heads-up, Guys. I jumped on some of the Christmas items, for next year, and seated peeps. Now to order the ElectricRR upgrades.

The Hooker chem hopper set says one set is in stock but the price is 0. I assume that means it is out of stock?
Ordered a few cars, great prices! Thanks for the great after Christmas deals, Walter! I really didn't need anything but I couldn't pass up the B&M hoppers. If it is New England railroads I'm interested.
Thanks Walter for the great sale!
I ordered a tank car, two box cars, 4 ore cars, two cabeese, and a rotating beacon. Absolutely great stuff!
Wow, unbelievable! I just placed my order for the U.S. Air Force depressed flatcar set!
I tried not to go to their website so I wouldn't be inticed. But following that short notion I purchased 3 sets of coal cars and a pack of standing people. Awesome deal!!!
Thanks for posting this great sale.
Thanks Walter! 1st RMT order for me (6 cars). Hope the track goes on sales soon.
Alan
I ordered a santa beep, christmas 70 ton ore cars and 2 sets of 70 ton ore lehigh valley cars. So cheap. it was less than $130. cant beat that.
Walter will i get a catalog???????????????????????????????????????????
I'm really thinking hard about the woodside reefers. Anybody have one and can you post pictures? The artwork on the site looks great, but a picture of an actual car would be helpful. Thanks
Great sale. I am very happy with all of the RMT stuff I bought already, adding some more is a good way to start the new year. Thanks again Walter!
I ordered all three LIRR towers as well as the NS streamline cars to run with the Williams F3 NS executive engines.
I just ordered a LIRR RDC for $39. Can't beat that price.

Russell...Look again. The ladders (and brakewheel and side grabirons) on 64 Series Box Cars - Stock Cars - Woodside Reefer Cars are NOT molded in but actual add-on metal pieces/ladders etc. Perhaps because each item is painted and not just black color like 'other' cars, you did not notice.
nkp4me...Here is the photo you wanted.
Additional photos are on RMT's FACEBOOK page under Ready Made Trains.
A new video of the Series 64 cars is in production and will be posted later in January on RMT's youtube site.
Thanks.

Just ordered 8 cars and a rotating beacon for under 130 bucks! That is fantastic!
I thought prices like these were HISTORY!!! Really... when's the last time you were able to buy so much stuff for under $125-$150??? It's more common nowadays to spend $500, and just walk out of the train store with a small bag of rolling stock.
I paid about $15-$16 per ore car at RMT's booth in York last October, so this deal is even better than that! Amazing.

I am still confused by the various scale sizes within 0.
I am interested in some RMT tankers and curious if they are the large sized ones, medium, or smallish ones (like the old Sunoco gray tankers my father had).
Santa Fe VA, the tank cars are of a early small prototype, but are near scale. I am running a train of these (RMT and K-Line tank cars) behind scale locos and they look great. They also look fine behind mid-size engines, like many train-set locos that I have. They look OK behind my Beeps and fine behind my RMT "Bang", and they look right pulled by my set locos from Lionel (FTs and GP-20). Smaller proportioned engines could look mis-matched.
