sr fulton...The tank car placard holder/signs are not attached due to possibility of breaking during shipment and unpackaging. The holder fits into hole on tank car chassis.
Thanks.

gunrunnerjohn... Hey #4...To what email address are you sending those emails?
If you need to 'talk' to RMT, send the email directly/only to. wmatuch@readymadetoys.com
or call me at RMT office 908.479.1279 during business hours..
There seem to be no emails from you in my RMT mailbox.
I do check my RMT emails at least 5 times a day.
I WILL try my best efforts to solve your problem but I need to actually receive the email so I can help.
Thanks.
Walter M. Matuch/RMT
Here is the actual email address I sent it to, copied from the sent messages folder: wmatuch@readymadetoys.com
Since I got no bounce messages, I assumed they were getting there. For good measure, I also send a copy to: rrcaboose@aol.com which is the address in your profile here.
If those addresses don't work, and I get a recording whenever I call RMT, exactly how am I supposed to contact you?
Since I included photos, perhaps it was trapped by your SPAM filter?
BTW Walter, those messages were sent on the 16th and the 17th.
Walter, will you be producing more Navy rolling stock and beeps? Especially, Earle?
gunrunnerjohn...Are you John@ wxxxxxxxx ? If yes you are in spam folder and spam filter will not open message.
However, your email with your OGR name and registered Forum email gunrunnerjohn has just been received.
I will take care of your problem Tuesday.
Thanks and sorry for confusion.

marty r...NAD Earle is one of my favorites for RMT US Navy items. So far there has been 3 Earle BEEPS in yellow, 1 Earle caboose and 1 of the US Navy coal hoppers was sublettered for Earle.
For 2013, RMT will try to add some Earle items to the 'roster'.
By the way, the Earle BEEP diesel and caboose carried actual real roadnumbers that were used on the prototype Earle locomotive and caboose at NAD Earle in Colts Neck, NJ..
Thanks.

CNJ 3676 - COOL!
I got the Texas Special A-B-A Beef a couple months ago, on sale but not quite this cheap. then I added the 4 car streamline set. Very pretty set. The Beefs run well, especially after I finished my ERR mini-commander & sound upgrade. Run smooth an sound great, a truly winning combination! Command control was an easy install. Next up is the ATSf Beef install of mini commanders and a call to ERR to order another of the sound board now that I know it sounds good and is easy to do. Just wish I had ordered a second B unit for the ATSF.
Got my order in today! Can't wait to get home and see some of these in action. 40 plus years later I have Texas Special passenger cars!
Walter - left you a voicemail regarding replacement order.
V/R,
Daryl
Thanks Walter for some awesome cars! I thought folks might like to see a pic of the new tank cars (albeit a not so great one...old camera). I saw some aristo pics in G gauge on the web, but couldn't find a live pic of your new 64 series tankers, so here is one of the Texaco. Also attached is a pic of my McIlheney Creamery reefer (Lubbock, Tx...too cool) beside an MTH Premier 36' mainly for size and some detail comparison. You could get two and a half RMT reefers for the cost of the MTH. The quality and detailing on these RMT's knocked my socks off.
I also picked up a couple RI coal cars and a baker's chocolate tanker. Add one sugar cane tank car and it's cavity city
Given my bit of engine trouble, these just made my day (saturday delivery and great products at an unbelievable cost). Thanks again!
Robert
I weakened and went back and ordered the Alaska RDC. Hard to pass up for that price. That should be it for awhile.

I did too. So I bought BOTH (#s 1959 and 2009). They run very well.
Held out as long as I could, but realized today how good a set of those Green and Black undecorated Peeps would look behind my War Department Porter!
For Walter at RMT - I emailed you and left a voice mail following up on PRR B-unit. I'll try to call again this afternoon.
V/R,
Daryl
Walter has taken care of my issues, so no worries here. Even though I'm tempted to get more Conrail ore cars, I'm going to resist!
He just called and sounds like the replacement unit is on the way. Now if I could just find more USAF items on his website!
I have to tell you, days ago, I became sick of this thread. Great this, great that...wow, oh boy, look what I got. Enough. (I know, I did not have to read it, but I was very curious!)
Well, today at the LHS, they just got in some of this product and I got to see it for the first time. I have to say, for the price it is unbelievable! Great looking, well made and perfect for the beginner and any one else looking for great value.
I can now see what everyone on here was raving about, and would recommend this product to any one! Wish I had a need for more stuff, but a seasonal layout does not justify much more than what is on my board now. I am a believer!
To anyone who bought stuff.....smart move! If you are wondering whether to buy, look over the products, then decide. I don't think you will be sorry.
Greg
(No this is not a paid commercial.)
Greg, I was surprised at the longevity of this thread - surely credit goes to Walter with his great sale still running. I just came upstairs from running trains: currently I have one all RMT train running, pulled by a Bang (which by the way, runs great, never stalls on swithes or 90 degree crossing (fastrack)). The other train is scale, running on the outside loop. I swap power occasionally. I bought more than I needed from RMT on the last purchase, and am holding back some of the cars and a rotating beacon un-opened for when I need a "new train" fix. I am looking forward to RMTs new stuff this Spring, including the BNSF track speeder.

cngw and Ken-Oscale...Your nice comments are appreciated.
Glad you are enjoying your RMT trains.
RMT really has a great group of customers and train friends both here on the OGR Forum and through emails and phone calls I receive every day..
The 5 new GG1s and matching N5C cabooses will arrive in March along with more Lighted Towers and Track Speeders. Watch for email announcements soon.
Thanks.

Just received the four streamlined LIRR passenger cars that were on sale for $59 for the two car set. This is my first purchase from RMT and the overall experience was excellent. And BTW, the cars are really nice...thanks RMT.
Loyal2Lionel...Appreciate your nice compliment.
The LIRR Set-1 and Set-2..only a few left in stock and on sale
Thanks.

One last reply?
Recieved my unmarked green and black Peeps today. Fast shipping, great product. I have to comment: I like short and whimsical, and these look GREAT behind my War Department K-Line Porter! Perfect length, cab roof matchs the roofs on the cars. Ideal on my fantasy Stdn3 Porter layout. My only wish would be that I could get one more individual car, as I think 3 would be the ideal number behind the Porter. Just me.
But great product, great response. Thanks!
Bangor & Aroostook Please
Gunny
Drydock...Glad you like the PEEPs.
At great pricing of $39.99 for a set of 2 cars, suggest getting another 2 car set anyway and sharing 1 car with a train friend.
Hint.Hint!
Thanks.

ogauge guy...Any roadname is possible but I need to carefully consider the demand for a particular roadname.
Appreciate your suggestion.

Walter, you will like this one.
"Walt's Train Shop" here in old Berlin MD, owned by Walter Dennison.
Walter - ditto...if you found the USAF depressed load, I'm in for a few!
Sucked me in, got a few more ore cars.
I wish I hadn't put off getting a Reading BANG S4 when they were on clearance... now they're gone. So few manufacturers make Reading power in the early pullman green scheme.
John, did you grab those CP Rail ore cars??? They showed up "product not available" when I tried to order them. So I grabbed the 3 Raritan River and 2 NYC packs that remained, although the Raritan River cars showed up as $30 in the shopping cart even though they were listed as $19.95 in the product description. Hopefully, they're really available to fulfill the order. We'll know soon enough.
Thanks again, Walter, for offering such a great sale!!!
David
