I have been trying to edit engine addresses via the Premium Wi-Fi app. So far have been unsuccessful. App hangs Need to power phone off and on to get the app to function properly again Has anybody had this problem or tried to edit addresses

I've done this many times without any issues at all.
Can change DCS address, not TMCC or Legacy.

You can change TMCC and Legacy engine addresses using the app. It's actually easier than the Cab 1 or Cab 2 since it prompts you to flip the run/program switch, etc., etc.
As for DCS, I don't know of any bugs so, changing DCS engine addresses should be about as simple as it gets.
