Has anyone ever made o scale Alco 628s in LV snowbird scheme?

Ben, Atlas O has done an ALCo C-628 in the LV “Snow Bird” scheme in both 2-Rail and 3-Rail with TMCC.  I passed on these when they were originally released.  Sure wish I didn’t as they aren’t easy to find on the secondary market.

A Legacy version (or even a MTH Premier PS-3 version with a higher level of scale/add-on details) would be awesome!
