Placed an order with Lionel over a week ago for items listed "IN STOCK". Checking on the status with Lionel on line, my order shows up as "PENDING".
Placed 6 phone calls to the customer service department this week, but never got through, seams that "all representatives were busy with other customers". After about a 5 minute wait, the Lionel phone system disconnects your phone.
Does anyone have any contacts that I can call to get an update?
