Hi im working on a lionel 153IR controller

this controller uses a 10k pot for sensitivity and delay, I'm enclosing a photo of the potentiometer , does anyone know where i can purchase an exact pot as the picture show. I checked out digikey but can't get an exact match. any help will be appreciated!
