How do you perform the Legacy upgrade with only one black module? Need some help with that procedure.

After downloading and unzipping the software onto your PC, install the module in the base and using the LSU software create the base module. When its done writing the base module do not remove and and do the base upgrade procedure.
When the base is done upgrading reconnect the LSU software and create the cab module. When its done writing remove it and do the cab upgrade procedure.
