When I go through the MTH Trains web site they say go to this link:

When I do that I get a certificate warning and then there is no page displayed.
Dang it I'm ready to buy 3 MTH O locos but I keep running into roadblocks...

I might be a little ignorant here... I ran a couple dozen HO's with Digitrax and this is my first foray into O. I'm having trouble with my DCS Commander and my new MTH O Loco has stopped working going on the 3rd time.
Again I know my ignorance is showing but I'm a DCS nube.

If you have a DCS system, even an older one, you can still run any of the PS2/PS3 engines. You just won't have all the latest features in the DCS system w/o the newest version. I'm still running 3.0 in my DCS that I bought several years ago. I want to upgrade it, but I just haven't done it as I can still run all my engines without any issues.
I wouldn't let that stop you from buying MTH engines. They will run with whatever version of DCS you have.
