I noticed that a lot of people have been having trouble finding forum member's emails with the slightly changed set up. So I thought I'd share a step by step photo tutorial.

1. First click on the member's blue hyperlinked name to access their profile

2. After clicking the member name you will arrive at the profile page. In the bottom right corner (outlined in red for our purposes) is a tab that says extend profile. Click this

3. After clicking the Extended Profile tab more info will appear in the form of a dropdown tab. This displays location, website, and other info as well as the email which I've outlined in red.

Thanks Alex, that does help a lot of guys. But it seems to me that if you have something to sell, why make it hard for the potential buyers to contact you?

So many guys like to put in their ads: "email in profile" as if it was some kind of status symbol. Why not just list your email in the ad? By posting: "email in profile" you are limiting your sales to Forum members only. Now if that is your choice and what you want to do, that's fine. Personally if I have something to sell, does not bother me if the many guys who watch this forum, but are not members and thus cannot access my profile; want to buy the article listed for sale, that's fine with me. Open up your sales to the whole train buying community, not just forum members! Only takes a few more keystrokes to list your email address in the ad.
